Simply no reason to complain, very lovely stay. The property was clean and simple. Incredibly nice, consistently courteous staff towards all guests. Neat unit with a balcony, bathroom and heaters. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location next to Nuwara Eliya, Near to bazar and all the shops...

The triple room had a comfy bed and amenities like cable channels, a seating area, and a writing desk. the private bathroom was clean. the hotel's location is marvellous and cosy, very close to the town center. the personnel were kind and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, groceries, the main bus stand, food city, and shops.

Wonderful base for exploring Nuwara Eliya. Reasonably large and fairly clean venue with a great value and supportive staff. - Amazing and simple hotel in a marvelous setting away from the touristy spots. - Based right by the supermarket as well as town center.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable short walk to Gregory's lake and Nuwara Eliya and sites, town centre and stores. The rooms were excellent quality and reasonably large, the staff were amazingly nice: )

Experiencing the legacy of a spacious banquet hall with the Lady Bird Coffee Club was like stepping into a royal palace. The grandeur and elegance of the hall made me feel like I was attending a gala in a fairy tale castle.
No room service till departure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel. Had 1 day in Nuwara Eliya, spending our time here really GOOD. - the location was cosy, near to a food city and a catholic church, with easy access to a supermarket and shops. - We were met by lovely, good personnel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a heater for the cold evenings. The staff, especially Nadhiishan and his housekeeping team, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
